I wasn't sure where to post this question, but I noticed that the item is challenger loot, but I don't know which challenger it is. Also, I don't want to buy from shops because it's a bit pricey.

You get it from a Pylot (Decayed Pylot, specifically) and it's an event challenger. They do occasionally bring event challengers back; this one was around during Survival, so you just missed it. If you really want the necklace, you're going to have to get it from a user, unless you're fine waiting an indeterminate amount of time for Pylot to be brought back again...

DARN. Can't believe I just missed it. I guess I'll just have to wait until next year.

No problem! I should warn you though: there's no guarantee that Pylot will be back next year. From what I can tell, old event challengers come back whenever the staff feels like bringing them back.

I have such bad luck D: The one time I find out and it might not even come back :(
