Can the Miracle Potion II transform my pet into a mutant? I'm getting damn tired of shelling out money and wiz coins for the zapper.

not what you are talking about because there isn't a mutant color here on Subeta, and the Rift Anomalies and Riftborn pets are new and they look all mutant-y.

Do you mean Experiment pets? These pets are indeed different species and an MPII will work to get you the Experiment of your choice. No guarantees as to whether the RAs from the Rift has been/ever will be coded in yet, so I'd file a Ticket in Help first.
