I have stop going to the forum since 7.04am but until now it still says “Oh no! It looks like the prize pool is currently empty. We stock the prizes for these manually, so please check again soon! Your gift box has not been taken so you will be able to try again later.” when I tried to open the box.

What should I do? Thanks,

Staff manually stocks the shop, so we just have to wait until it's stocked before we can open them.

has made a post saying that after the event is over she will be randomly re-filling the shop so that any remaining boxes can (likely but not certainly) redeemed. That way if you can't be around when the shop is furiously emptying itself you'll still have a chance.

Does anyone know if its still stocking?! I've been trying for days to redeem the last 4 that I have but they're always empty ;_;

just posted yesterday (here) that she'll be restocking them into the weekend. It might just be a matter of trying them at different times of the day
