The Ruffie Raffle Ruffie Plushie is a collection item from the July 2015 Collection. The collection is currently in shops for 33m sP and will be available in the cash shop in July for 250 CSC.

So what do you think a fair price would be? 25 mil? I'm not good at pricing.

If you are selling, then max price is between 25-33mil. Go lower if you want to sell faster. If you are buying then it depends on if you are willing to be patient or not. Personally, I would not pay more than 25mil since that is what I can buy it from the CS for in short time.
