Cosigned! I got a little grumbly along the lines of "lag? Again? Ugh" in that moment but a little bar that mentioned why there was lag and sort of a general approximation of how long it might last helped so much! <3

Yes! This is what I was talking about; maybe we don't understand the technical details, but knowing the staff are aware it's a thing and are doing what they can about it is much, much better than being in the dark and just rolling our eyes going "ugh, more lag!" or the like.

Agreed completely! I really hope that this is something that the site is consistent about going forward. It really helps to alleviate user fears, because it lets us know for certain that things are being looked into and worked on.
