also can money be stolen or items

@ Maliky If you mean by random events - yes-ish to items, but no, I think, to money.

sP used to be "taxed" by a random event involving Sebastian Phoenix, but I haven't seen that in ages. I don't think there are any other money-taking REs either. If you're concerned, you can always keep your sP in the vault.

All other currencies, including CSC, cannot be taken by Random Event.

As for items, there are lizard REs that "snatch away" items that you stumble upon unless you have the and/or in your inventory. They don't take items you already have, but they prevent you from getting the item via RE, if that makes sense. If you keep the trap and/or repellent locked in your inventory, then you will get to keep the item.

BTW, locking items in your inventory keeps them immune from any sort of RE. You can also put items in your vault.

I can't think of other REs that affect items, but if you use the zapper, it can sometimes zap any item in your inventory into dust or something equally useless. So if you do use the zapper, it's always good to check your inventory first and make sure there's nothing in there you don't want to lose.

The "get yourself taxed" Achievements got retired when the tax-REs got retired. There's only one RE that will take your sP. The NPC evil goddess Maleria (Subeta has four evil goddesses, evilgoddessness it's totally a thing here) will pick your pocket for a few thousand sP. This is small-change here in Subeta, and it's pretty rare as far as REs go.

The NPC Rotten Rogue used to steal items from your Inventory, but this RE has been retired. She claims she's been reformed. Although the Battle Coliseum seasonal challenger Bandit seems to have an endless supply of thieve's tools, so it's getting them from somewhere.

Yeah, the lizard minions are there just to tease you. Before you get your trap and spray they stop by all the time but you never were gonna get those items that the RE says they steal from you. It's literally not possible, there's no code for you getting the item ever. So nothing actually gets stolen. Once you get either of these items the lizard-minion-RE becomes rare and you have a chance to get the item, and when you get both it becomes very rare.
