That sucks. I generally try to avoid the "all button" unless its just tossing inventory items into my vault. But I've still managed to mess up sometimes anyway.

I've done the same thing as well, though thankfully not for items that were decently valuable. Does the list of items on the selection screen have any particular order? If it does, I haven't figured it out, but I think it'd be easier to avoid these mistakes if they were alphabetically-organized or something.
