I am not on a team - SO LATE to this party.... How did I miss the pings?! IDK. Can I be in your team? If not I will scrounge around and try to sponge off someone else's team shelter (NO Pressure!). Or I may fashion one of my own out of left over sticks and leaves I find being the saloon.

Feel free to just call us Peppers for simplicity. I know gave us a ridiculously long and crazy name which truly ...probably fits. Pepperette is the ping we use for Nutsy, and I will spare you all the official name, but it does include Peppers so we'll go with that. Haha!

I recycled this year. It's the one we used last time. heh. :) Pepperette. I've pinged everyone there a few times so you can go spy on the threads we've got going so far.

Clues are updated. but I'm going to allow until Wednesday for those who submitted a question asking for exact method (which you couldn't do) to send me a revised question. Asked questions and didn't do that? Have a free question on me.

Please be careful about forming your solution on internet searches and what you think you know, because you don't. :) (I may get inspired by things, but I have never been Rita Ripoff. wink ) If you are interested, the method of murder that intrigued me (and provided one of the ways the victim was murdered) is based on a real-life case. When we searched for the word Fleniken (I thought it might be a kind of leprechaun!) we found that Vanity Fair link!

Well I don't know for sure if our question was one that you are referring to, but I'm rallying the to come up with a question cuz we need lots of info to unconfuse us as usual. hehehehe! :D Poor and maybe didn't know what they were getting into.

I have played NNN before and love it. lol I just didn't know if we qualified with a question where we get a new one. Do we?

GR: Also I hope nobody accused you of ripping. gasp face I hadn't even thought of any outside sources when going through my line of question and reasonings. All I could think of was the previous NNN where I was amused with the killer/how it all turned out!

First of all, I have to beg your kind indulgence for a day or more. Even though I have had only a few in my life, I proceeded to get a "firestorm" headache, which they termed a "classic" migraine. This was after most of the day and night in the hospital AND a CT scan, which showed nothing (that should be worth a laugh; I thought it would be full of cotton, hay, and rags.) Anyway, I'm told I should recover by Sunday, at which point I shall update the suspects, as well as go ahead and include the setting clues.

I was told these kinds of headaches come on in advance when you're in a lot of stress--taxes under the new "reform" will do it, as I'm sure a lot of you in the US with me will appreciate so well.

It does give me a bit of an excuse for letting Fleniken slip in ahead of the third part, which is just plain "oopsie!" I hope you all read the link as that case fascinated me, right down to the heartless callousness of the perps. However, sad as the circumstances were, it would make a very stilted actual murder mystery, and certainly not one to solve for enjoyment.

Was our victim shot by that method? Yes. Did it kill him? Nope. It tried to cover up the supposed killer. Did the supposed killer kill him? Not on your life. Stay tuned, and thank you for your patience.

I know there's some kind of fairy or something with a similar name, I just can't think of it. I thought it was like "Flurican" but I can't find what it's supposed to be... Maybe I'm thinking of the Flereken from Captain Marvel? :D
