When did loyalty boxes come out?

I thought that every year as long as you logged in you earned one (that they just showed up in your inventory), now I realize that I am missing a few due to the fact you have to go to your actual preferences page to earn them. This is disappointing to learn - HOWEVER I have 5 in my inventory, I am curious to learn how many I have lost out on :(

what do you mean by the second year? Do you know when they were released exactly?

No.. I actually don't, but Subetalodge has the info of the items, about all I can find. I've been here for 11 years and they're something that was already a thing when I joined. The week GA I think is new after a users first year anniversary.

Edit: Check where you got your pet slots too if you have 5 boxes in your inventory, and the ten slots were stopped as a GA item not THAT long ago, it's a good chance you may have used a loyalty box before hand? Unless you bought them from the Cash Shop, your dashboard the link above, will tell you. ^_^

You get your first loyalty box on your second account anniversary (there's a separate one-year-old account prize but I can't remember what it is rn without checking). You can get all your past boxes from your user dashboard, or file a ticket if you still think any are missing

So hypothetically If I've been here 11 years and they roll out to you on your 2nd year I should have gotten 9 boxes? If I have 5 in my inventory that leaves me missing 4 if I do all my math right? I wish they could show you how many you may have used prior. Like a history.

You should have gotten 10 total. If you've used any for pet slots, that would show on your user dashboard page also. If not, or if not all of them went to pet slots, then you'd have to file a ticket and they can look into it and award you any that might still be missing

I think I will do just that! I haven't used any for pet slots, so I think I've definitely missed some. Thank you!

My account is twelve years old, and I don't remember them being a thing when I joined.

The first-year prize is a one-week GA medal. This got added three or four years after Loyalty Boxes for the second year started. I remember that one being retroactive, but the site was tossing those around to people a lot more often back then too.
