The requirements for access to the Blue Building, especially getting a password to the Blue Building, are kinda confusing and frustrating. Any advice?

The password comes up in a random event on the Blue Building page. Which of the others are you confused about?

The "100 posts in the forums" one- is that about creating new posts or replying to already existing ones?

So you have to keep visiting the Blue Building page until you get a password?

Only replies count towards your post count, iirc. So a new thread doesn't count but any other posts you make inside that thread will.

You can just refresh on the Blue Building page for the RE. You don't need to keep track of the password either, and I've heard that the RE doesn't actually give you a password anymore, just tells you that you got it kind of thing

Also, if you hover over your name on the dashboard, or on a post in the forum, you'll see little icons under your name in the hover. The first one, a little talk symbol, is your current post count, the other, a little trophy symbol, is your achievement count. So you can see how close you are for both those requirements.

I noticed you don't post a lot. It took me a long time too to reach 100 posts - and now I'm over 2000 so 100 seems like a small thing.

If you're worried about getting that many, wait for the next event. I think Masquerade is coming up, and there will likely be threads to post at to ask people to dance with you. This past Survival period there were ones for kissing and I racked up nigh on 1000 posts just doing that. :)
