Hello,

I am into collecting beanbags and stuff and I often come across items, that are a "Game Prize". Is there any way to find out, in which "game" they are obtainable? Same could be asked for "Holiday item". Some are really expensive so I would like to obtain them somehow instead of spending millions of SP to buy them from user shops...

Greetings, sneki

"Game Prize" items can be looked up on Subetalodge by searching for their rarity number (160, apparently), and the information about the items listed on there will tell you how they're obtained.

Here's where you can look.

As for holiday items, some can be found in specific holiday shops, but most of them require a special currency. Some of them are obtained in other ways, and each year the staff may change the range of items given out, so there may be some where you will have to buy them from other people. I think they try to make sure everyone gets a chance to get something, though.

A pumpkin patch item is a holiday item. The "special currency" needed to get such an item is to be there in the right time and place, and be lucky. So past years' pumpkin patch items may be impossible to get except either to buy them from user shops or waiting years for staff to decide to re-release the item again through the patch on some other Morostide.

Trick or Treat items are similar, although for some years ToTing was easier than patch-hunting, and for others the other way around.

There used to be an sP-shop called Holiday Shop. There was a restock war going on in it every holiday for whatever items were available for whatever the items were for that particular years' holiday. Such items will sometimes show up in the Crystal Shop, but this will also take years of waiting by you. It might still be easier to buy these kinds of items from somebody.

This is why some of those items are the most expensive to get.

you are welcome. It pays to also check the "Items to Put Back in Circulation" thread in the Items section of the Suggestions thread. Riffling through the pages will help you decide if anything you want has been re-released already, and whether you might like to Suggest it in the future.
