I really appreciate that we have options for viewing wishlists in different orders now. I remember when "timeline" was the only option and it drove me absolutely nuts.

When picking out gifts for others, I particularly like the ability to sort by user price, so that I can see what the person wants in the price range that I have to spend.

However, "timeline" remains the default sort order, and I wish this were not the case. I would prefer that the default sort order be either "itemid" or "Name". Or frankly anything but timeline, because all other sorts put multiple instances of the same item next to each other so that you can easily see and remove extras.

The reason for this is that wishlists get bloated with "timeline" as the default sort order as people wishlist the same things over and over accidentally, either by clicking multiple times or forgetting they wishlisted it before. I was once trying to gift someone and when I sorted by userprice, I found that the person had wishlisted most of the items on the list at least three times. While that made it clear that those items were wanted, it's a lot easier to go through either your own or another person's WL if it's not full of dupes. When your WL is sorted by name or ItemID, you can easily tell and delete the dupes.
