So, my daughter literally 10 minutes ago crept up behind me whilst I was playing, and now wants her own account xD Of course she's using my referral link :P But I wanted to know the boundaries on accounts in the family? I've never had a child old enough to want to play, but I'd obviously love to help her get a good start in the game. Is there anything we should be avoiding doing? Like can I give her sP and items freely? I know some places are very strict so do not want to cross any lines.

I think you file a ticket BEFORE she creates an account to let them know, and you'll be instructed to have her file a ticket herself. They'll let you know what's OK for your guys to do together.

in my personal experience you should avoid helping, my boyfriend decided to create an account (after I filled a ticket and got permission) so I gave him some sP, items and made him a profile but staff froze him and warned me claiming both accounts were mine

Yeah, I made a ticket when my SO joined and they said to even limit gifts and sending anything back and forth randomly. :/ So don't help out too much. Definitely make a ticket about it so you have a record of someone telling you what the specific rules are.

Make sure to include her username in your ticket then. I'd say save gifts for holidays and bdays. Usually safer to make a ticket before sending the items for those. Comments and verbal guidance to help her play better is fine because theres lots of family that does play here who chat loads between them. If in doubt male a ticket. Its always better to have an official answer to refer to.
