Hey #/nvlb! Just wanted to give people a quick update on things now that Survival is over.

1. Anybody can ping nvlb again! People were confusing our main ping with the menu group, so I had to turn it admin only for a while. If there's a contest or some sort of giveaway you want to ping us for, go ahead!

2. Strain groups can only be pinged by admins. There's no need for anybody to use those groups outside of Survival, so we'll just leave those groups alone for now. This will be switched during preparations for the next Survival.

3. I consolidated the banks. I found some money in the ping groups when I was making rounds, and moved it all to the main NVLB group bank.

And now that Survival is over, we'll be trying to complete some more projects that we didn't have to finish during Survival, or started during Survival:

I saw that you guys do lending for achievements. Is that what the bank money is for?

We haven't put the bank towards achievements yet. What we lend happens to be what people already own. The bank has been used for a contest mostly.

I'm more than willing to take suggestions for what to do with the bank though! It is meant for the group.

We survived survival! And all those pings! I might jump in on the strain drawing. I'm a little less busy now than I was.

Yeah, even went ahead and locked the old list format. I almost deleted it but it'll be nice to remember where we came from. I think I even have the list at the end of Survival too if anybody wants a reminder of what THAT looked like.

I'm thinking of maybe doing a raffle for new members, but I'm not good at planning fun things so we'll see about that.

That would be awesome if you could, but don't feel pressured!

We do! I just don't know how I want to go about it - if it should be a mini contest, or if somebody just wants to do their own HAs.

- Sorry, ZA. I'm too used to normies who don't know what ZAs are.

- I think mini contest would be good. It might be easier for people, since there's only 4 instead of 40 :P

We do have a drawing thread on the other forum. I find that drawing often can really help, even if all you can do is take a picture with your phone.

Oh no, I meant the skill to use a digital art program. My drawing skills are okay. I still have areas that need work but decently good. Most of my stuff is on my Insta. :P I've never thought about drawing my avatar though, it sorta breaks my brain? >_>

HAs are the only thing I really draw on Subeta. Anything else I draw lately never turns out. >.>
