Just like it says on the tin! I got a callback for an interview for a job I REALLY WANT today, and I'm so excited!! My brother had the same happen for him, so we're going to go celebrate soon.

What good things have happened to y'all lately?

Nothing personal has happened good to me. I'm happy that there's going to be a new, albeit short, season of one of my favorite shows coming out though - Escaping Polygamy. It makes me happy to watch people escaping bad situations and other people being heroes and helping them.

I'm like an hour and a half into today and so far things have been really good. I won the potion lottery at random chance - I don't even enter with the intention of winning, I do it if it's for Major Drills because it's an easy quest completion. And then for answering some prompts about characters for a forum group I'm part of I was just informed that I won the last one which was a really nice surprise <3

It's all luck and mine seems to be good today, so here's hoping someone else can get some as well!

I had my baby girl on Feb 24. She was 36w when I was induced but it’s been 2 weeks and she is happy and healthy and perfect. Couldn’t be happier. <3

I got engaged in January, though thats a bit not recent. ;-; I also got a new job my first big girl job after college I start the 25th.

I got a job I can walk to within five minutes recently, now I just have to wait for the manager to call me back with a schedule. Trying to find work without a car, especially in a city with very few sidewalks, has been an absolute nightmare so I'm beyond grateful to get something so close by!

I went to the dentist today and they didn't have to numb my mouth!

Nothing in particular has happened for me, but my husband's paperwork that says his green card renewal paperwork has been recieved and is being processed finally arrived, so now he can stop worrying that it says it's expired. Might be upwards of two years before he gets a new physical card, though. So that sucks.

I discovered I've been adding 3 miles a week every 2 weeks to my walks, on accident.

So nice to hear all these positive things! I hiked to the top of a very high mountain in Australia this weekend (involving scrambling up huge boulders and squeezing myself through tight cracks). Two days later my legs are still burning, lol. Love the sense of achievement when you get to the peak!

I came home from work the other day to find a letter in my mailbox from the City. I figured either my water rates were going up, or it was going to be some sort of notification in regards to service alerts. To my surprise, it was a credit for my water bill! I've been charged $5/mo for storm water charges for the last year and a half or so, and they said my landlord is supposed to pay that, so they gave me a credit. I'm so happy. That's close to two months of water bills that I won't have to worry about paying :)

I've got a risky surgery a few weeks ago and my recovery is going very good so far. I know many people who had many complications and further operations after this, so I think I am lucky.

Recently i finished a freebie sketch for a friend and not only did she like it but some other users did and it helped me feel more confident in my art, which I have been struggling to feel confident in for a couple of months now.

I also may be getting my wisdom teeth out this or next month finally. Which I am excited to get them out.

This month has actually been pretty good.

I got a corgi as an early birthday gift from my mom and sister. I got an interview at a plasma center who then offered me a position starting April 10th. I’m not starting as a phlebotomist right away, but it’s a fast progression. No one seems to start as a phlebotomist there. (I’m really nervous though because plasma centers have a reputation for being awful to work at.) Yesterday was my birthday. Today my fiancée and I sign on our house and become home owners! (And tomorrow we will have our family at the house to see it for the first time- while also making them paint because we are mean like that.)

I've actually got a job! I start Monday.

today was the last day my job was at this building. we start at the new one monday and it is beautiful.

found an AMAZING evening dress in the thrift store, I'm so in love with it and I only paid 10$

I had a really vivid, pleasant dream last night about cake... And then today a co-worker brought some to work.

My Great Uncle suprised my mom and I with a check to help us out with our financial struggles, no strings attached to it. My wonderful gaming community friends came together to help my mom and I out before we got the check through gofundme. This adorable stray kitty has now decided to permanently stay with my mom and I as a resident in our home. I got into a work program that will help me find a job since I've been struggling to find one for months to no avail. My mom surprised me with a wonderful gift she had paid off for months that finally arrived and I just adore it.
