Hi. I have 3 of [item=Billboard (10k)], I also have the image for the billboard - as i know i need it... but i'm not sure how i'm supposed to use said bilboard. Do i still pay the 100CSC when i go to the cash shop? please someone enlighten me.

after you select this option on the item menu it will transport you to the billboard page under the "Create New Billboard" tab you can choose the ammount of copis you wish, and since you used the item, anything up to 10k copies is free
