Hello, i am looking to buy this i searched in the cw owner shop but the item is locked anyone want to sell me one? thanks for the help :)

It may be locked due to the user wanting to limit copies. Try mailing and asking them. These cws require a password with the csc to buy it and you get the password from the user, if they allow you to have a copy.
FINALLY GOT THE 15K WARDROBE DONE!!!!! Next up gutting and selling it.
I would just go ahead and sMail or comment Celestial with a request. It's a recent release and slotting was open. It may just be a case of not everyone having picked up their copies yet.
