Hi there! I have some questions about account age and the achievements and items that go with it.

According to my profile, I have been a member for 9 years. However, when I look at my achievements page, under the "Longtime Member" achievement, it shows that I've been a member for 3 years (1 through 3 are green/completed, then it shows "3/4" in red). Also, the "First Year!" achievement is not completed. Are there any special requirements other than account age for unlocking these achievements? Like a certain number of active days or minimum number of logins?

I haven't played super actively for several years, but I usually log back onto the site for Morostide and/or Melody's Cottage at the minimum. I can't swear that I've done that every year- so if being inactive for over a year breaks the streak, that could explain why my account age and achievements don't match up. (although it seems strange that I have some progress on "Longtime Member" but am missing "First Year!")

I have 2 unclaimed loyalty boxes and a loyalty pet slot totem in my inventory/vault. I honestly don't remember opening any loyalty boxes, but I assume that the pet slot totem came from a box-meaning that I've gotten a total of 3 - which matches what the achievement says.

It would be perfectly understandable if the boxes were only awarded to someone who logged on several times a year, so I'm not surprised that I don't have more. I'm really just trying to figure out if my achievements are bugged or if the only problem is my terrible memory. Any help would be lovely!

Visit your user dashboard here. You have to go there to activate getting the loyalty boxes and achievements.
