Hello all. I was wondering if anybody had personal experience with any counseling websites or apps? I've recently started using Youper and Wysa, but I was kind of looking for more interaction with a person and not advanced AI. I'm doing some research outside of Subeta but was curious to see if anybody has any recommendations?

Do you have a behavior therapy place in your town? My sister started off with one of those which lead to her getting help and kicking drugs (the illegal kind) entirely after a few years. She highly recommened for anyone seeking any help to start with a behavior therapy center.

Check with a local college! Psychology majors usually have a program where they offer free or inexpensive counseling to the public in order to get the experience they need towards their degree. They're sworn to secrecy like any professional. It wouldn't hurt to call and ask!

I'm not too familiar with therapy online. I figure if anythings a big bother, I can anonymously ask reddit what they think. Surprisingly mature community for the most part, if you ignore the attention seeking spots.
