I'm trying to wear something and it's not showing up on my HA, no matter how many times I click "wear now". The item is in my wardrobe, but it's not saying "Item in wardrobe" with a check, like everything else. I have tried removing it and putting in back in my wardrobe, but it did nothing. What is the problem?

Without knowing what item it is, we can't really help you.

some items that actually aren't and never were intended to be wearable snuck into user's Wardrobes via the quickstock function. If this item is one of those you will have to ask for it to be removed (if you want it removed) via a Ticket in Help.

No, that's not the case. This is what I am trying to wear:

[item2=Caked On Puppet Makeup Kit]

Nevermind, I guess the issue resolved itself. I would still like to know what happened, in case it ever happens again..

there's a number of glitches in Wardrobe v3 right now, and Wardrobe v4 is temporarily offline while works on it.

has a two separate threads going in Problems & Bugs. One of them may have the answer you are looking for. Me, I'm finding that leaving it alone a few hours and then coming back solves most of the stuff that's been going weird with my own browser/operating system combo and Subeta. They're working on it.

Okay. That's kind of what I assumed.

sometimes the wardrobe cache takes a while to catch up, so even if you've put an item in there and can see it in your wardrobe, it might not be technically considered "in" your wardrobe for a few hours. generally if you encounter this issue with an item you recently added, it's probably just a cache issue and will resolve itself in time. if it's something that's already been in there for a while, then there might be something else wrong.
