Can you actually create a scootle? Everytime I try I get a page that isn't fully loaded.

there are Scootle Elixirs, and some of them are quite affordable. Turning another pet into a Scootle you do not end up with the neutral gender that Scootles have but the gender your pet started out with.

here is a list Once you are converted to a Scootle you can color it up with the potion of the color you want.
