So, I'm working on getting the achievements. All the floating flowers that I've found around the site worked. I bought a bunch more from user shops but now I'm getting the "Oh No! You don't have a survival flower to lay down at the memorial. You can find them in Seedlings!" error when I try to lay these at the Survivor Memorial.

Can we not use survival flowers bought from user shops?

you can. But some of them are not working right now.
