Where are plushies in the cash shop?

I see a section for food and books, but nowhere for plushies or beanbags or stickers. Am I looking in the wrong spot?
No you aren't looking in the wrong place. Some cash shop plushies are in the "themed" area, and then there are the Neela plushies and beanbags in the "neela" area.
There are currently no plain old plushie or beanbag sets in there. I presume, but who knows, that they will add a tab for them if they re-release one of the old sets, or add a new one.

thank you so much for answering. Where would I find the Chilly Teddy in a Double-Breasted Coat Plushie? Shop search says it's currently in the cash shop, but........ I'm clueless.
Shop search lies, it should say something like it was there, but but currently not available. I think Bug or Amber are working on fixing this so people aren't confused anymore.
Sometimes old things get added back (there would be a news post). Black Friday sale tends to get a lot of old stuff back in the shop - but that's not until November.

We have Suggested for a Search for the Cash Shop, because the Shop Search is rarely correct, and the fansite SubetaLodge can sometimes not-know or (much more rarely) made a mistake. So far there isn't one? So SubetaLodge would be a good first recourse, and then ask here and see if anyone remembers, and then use a search engine on subeta to see if the item got a retirement notice in the News.
