Why cant we set an alert for the ice fields in the same way you can for the Crypts and the Decanter of Indestructibility? It's a minor problem but it's annoying to get lost in the snow and having to return back to town and then having to go back to the ice fields again just to set an alert. Why can't we just set an alert right after we get lost and do without the extra two pages of clicking?

The short answer is that it was tried and for some reason failed. So the coding was reverted back until the programmers can figure out what happened.

You can also refresh the page and get the alert link instead of going out and back in. It helps me to remember whether I clicked the link or not. When you refresh, you still have the last direction you went in your address bar. If it has gone away then you already set the link.

Ah, so it has been brought up before. Thanks for the tip though, I'll have to try it out next time I'm allowed in the fields.

I agree - it's annoying. I've started trying to get to the end of the ice fields now that my stash of water buckets is running low and the alert not being on the "you failed!" page is annoying.

What's also annoying? The fact that you can accidentally set the alert several times if you're doing a few different things while clicking around on Subeta. I can go and set 50 ice field alerts for shits and giggles. And that's not good.
