So, I went through my achievements to see which ones of the upcoming Survival I still need, and bought and consumed a [item=Dr. Lockhearts Amoryl Cream]. I got the achievement. Then I went and bought a , but taking it resulted in a blank page (just like the problem we had with the training center/feeding a few days ago?). The item has been used, but I didn't get an achievement and i'm not sure anything happened at all.

Was I too fast, maybe I should have waited between the "cures"? Or is it a different problem?

EDIT: Tried again just now (10:10 am) and got the same result: blank page, item is gone, no achievement.

that sounds like a bug to me. i’d file a ticket and see if they’d return your lamouracillins, and also do a post in problems and bugs
