I bought the lovely and it gives me the option to redeem it to unlock the style in the hair salon.

So, my question is what exactly does that mean? Would it just disappear into a hair salon option instead of being an item? Would it only unlock the cut or the galaxy color in the salon? Is there a reason one would want to redeem it as opposed to just leaving it as an item that could be traded or moved?

when you redeem a redeemable wig the item disappears and the hair shows up in the salon to be used and colored to your desire. salon hair has optional highlights, which i assume will carry on the red highlights and the stars, you can just color them how you'd like.
