you can purchase slots via sp in the millionaire center or you can buy them with csc here. you can also get them from a which you get every year on the day you joined subeta. if you have any, you'll find them here.

Also every so often when they do quest a thon. If we reach x number of completed quests by x date they award all who do quests a slot
