It states it has an official price so I am assuming it was a millionaire center item. However I don't know really anything about it. I just noticed you posted in the wrong forum. Since there isn't a minimod I am hoping would have the power to move it to the item pricing forum. That way someone can help you. This forum is for art pricing.
