Ugh tempted by Edwyn! But would wanting it to name swap be ok?

I would love to adopt Edwyn, I've been fighting with a character that is in the PD and Edwyn fits like a glove for the name. Even if you adopt him to someone else, his name is now Edwyn. He's a blond bouncy guy, young with bad taste in fashion. Excels in lab work, fibers is his specialty, he works well with everyone in the labs, and enjoys ragging on his fellow police officers. Respectful, but he lives on caffeine, so energetic and fidgety with sharp eyes and can be a bit obsessive if something eludes him.

Hmm well someone else is interested but if they change their mind I will let you know. ^^
