So like I hustled the hustler earlier and got a Amigurumi Devonti Plushie for 10k. Since it's new I'm not sure what to price it. Any suggestions?

You could put it in your shop for 5-10 mil and hope for a quicksale, I can't imagine anyone paying more than that. The price is only going to drop as more people get them so your best bet is to put it at the lower end and hope someone goes for it.
