were these limited in the cash shop? i saw a news post from when it was released that it was in the cash shop but it isn't there. is the only way to get the schematics to buy one from user shops?

how odd. I wonder if it was missed when they recently updated the cash shop?

is the Neela schematic supposed to be in the cash shop year round? Or does it only go in during the masquerade?

i believe has stated there's an issue with the tagging of the schematics because they need to be tagged as originating in the cash shop to show up there but in order to function as schematics they ALSO need to be tagged as originating in the schematic shop, and the tags are mutually exclusive, so until a workaround is found, they aren't available.
