you can erase your face if you have access to the Omen Islands. You need to go to NPC Noijitat and get an Omeni tattoo on your face, and then go to NPC Gabriel to get your face "washed off". He really does wash your face off.

you are right! I just tried to get a tattoo on my face from NPC Noijitat and she took my sP but did no actual needle work. I'm surprised NPC Gabriel's thing didn't work though, because the last time tattoos weren't working you could still get your face erased.
