What is different about the cash shop hair coupons as opposed to a cash shop wig??

The coupons are redeemable. That means you can put them in your wardrobe and use them as is. Or you can turn them in and get that hairstyle added to the "hair" section of the wardrobe and change their colors to anything you want.

The regular wigs, ones that are NOT R130, can only be added to the wardrobe as is.
