Somebody in another topic said vending has had some changes. Has rarity been changed and are the machines still vending the same items as before?

I'm going to do some vending myself to see what happens but I might be unlucky with what I get today.

PS: I made a lot of changes to my post. They aren't showing up for me so I have no idea what version other people are going to see. :(

- the only change I noticed is it now tells you how many vends you have left.
