the achievements are very buggy. I recommend closing the achievement page, clearing your cache, then go back to the achievement page. If that doesn't fix things, then I recommend submitting a ticket.

Even though achievements seem to be buggy for everyone, they're buggy in different ways so there's often no one fix for all, it has to be done individually, which is why you should file a ticket.
