I forgot that there were achievements connected to throwing snowballs, so I went to go look at how many.. and top tier is 50k snowballs. -sobs- So I'm sitting here buying them one by one by one, LMAO, and I'm really hoping there might be another way to do this, 'cause I can't imagine having to do this +49k times. Is there just somewhere else to get them that I'm not privy to, since I'm not really an active part of the social game?

i... think that might be the only/easiest place to get them? offhand, the only other ways i can think of are getting from playing random, and getting from fighting against coeli, who's unlocked with the . neither of those will give you snowballs consistently, so the emporium is really the only choice p;

alrighty then... well, I guess I'll turn a movie on every now and then and see what I can do in that time, lol. This'll take a few years. Thank you!

I think you can still get them from Frosty Claw, but I'm not positive. I just vended 50 times and didn't get any. So even if they do show up there, they aren't common.

you're welcome, i wish i could've been more helpful! there's a post or two in suggestions and ideas for a bulk-buy option (refresh to buy snowballs? or, buy in bulk?), so who knows. maybe someday it'll be less of a chore :p

I think if you're in a hurry you can buy them from other users click-click-click. Yes this costs you sP, but it saves you time and sP is not that hard to get at the prices they're selling at now. Then your problem is chucking them all.

as afar as throwing them, if you just want to get through it and get it done, you should probably buy the same kind of snowball every time. that way you can just refresh the throwing page rather than having to reload every time

yeah the 50k achievement was implemented many years ago when it was easier to get and throw snowballs and people were doing it at such absurd rates that staff decided, hey, why not make an achievement for doing this a ridiculous amount? obviously nowadays it's a goal that will likely take years to reach.

Yeah, I could buy from users. The main problem with that though, is even just buying the snowballs from the NPC shop, they're going to cost 50m. The cheapest snowballs I've seen people sell so far are 10k each, and there obviously aren't nearly 50k each for everyone LOL. But even with that conservative 10k each, that's 500m for an achievement, which is.. outrageous to me, for right now at least.

Yep, that's what I was doing yesterday. Turned on a couple movies and just bought the same one repeatedly so that I could refresh the throwing page.
