According to SBL it is from March 2006 Donation Present, except the earliest Donation Present I can find is May 2006.

that's because before then, all donation presents were the same item that would change every month. so if you had a january 2006 donation present in your inventory, but didn't open it until february, it would then become a february 2006 donation present and you would get one of the february items from it. so basically no donation presents before may 2006 exist anymore.
