if you redeem the Morty card the next 5 quests you do will give you 5 CSC each. CSC stands for Cash Shop Credit and this is the currency you usually buy with real money
and use to purchas gold accounts/ things iin the Cash shop or Costum clothing

CSC = Cash Shop Credits, to buy from the Cash Shop, etc. If you redeem the Morty card you'll get 5 CSC for the next five quests you do.
