I'd be really interested in Adagio! I think his name would go well with Vibrato, who I've had a hard time creating a story for since her original plans fell through. I didn't want to get rid of her though because she's my only V name in the alphabet and I made her and I was still attached, even though I didn't have a reason to be.

Also, I was listing out my pets the other day and discovered that I'm missing an October 13th birthday, so I'd like him for that reason too. I used to have one pet for each day of October but a month or two ago I adopted out more than I intended and now I'm missing some dates. Since I have a full alphabet, I'd like the full range of dates too; it makes me feel accomplished. :)

So full disclosure, I don't have a lot of time to do much on Subeta nowadays because of school and work. (That's one of the main reasons I adopted out a bunch of pets a couple of months ago.) However, I find that coming here is relaxing and a nice distraction when I need a break from the grind. Right now I basically do three things on Subeta: train my pets, do quests, and haunt the pound/AC chat for interesting pets. Occasionally I adopt a pet from the pound, train them with the rest of my pets for a while, and then adopt them back out again. I don't really have any temps at the moment, except Meanwhile, who was adopted a while ago and is just waiting for their new owner to have a free spot, and Saddest, who's currently looking for an owner.

I'm kind of in a transition moment with my pets right now. They used to all be tied to my imaginary world, Hiverete (there's a picture of it on my profile), but that got way too big for me to manage. I might come back to it at some point, start small. But because of this weird limbo I'm in, the information on my pets' pages may or may not be accurate. And because of my time constraints, I'm not sure when I'll be able to update those. On the other hand, my pets' characters have traditionally lived mostly in my head anyway; still, I hope to one day give some outward manifestation of my ideas for them.

Some things I've done in the past are drawn pictures (see Cheery Bee, Rime), made custom overlays (see Eleonor, Nasha, Though), and made my own profile code, then tailored it to each pet's needs (I'm particularly proud of the backgrounds of Caesura, Nevertheless, Dywa). I also do TCs. I used to do a patterned TC but I haven't figured out how to do that yet since I changed the coding and allowed for more items in the TC (you can visit Coax for an example of the old coding that allowed for only 28 TC items to be seen). One of my favorite TCs is Reverai's.

Adagio and Vibrato are musical terms as you probably know, which is why I'm putting them together. Storywise, I'd like to make them twins who were separated at birth and have felt all their lives that something was missing: the other half of their whole. One will be spectrum and one will be blacklight, but they will both have overlays that gray out the colors in their pictures; until they are reunited, they will not be able to regain their colors. The problem is, they're not even located in the same universe: one of the twins was sent to a mirror universe. Each twin has experienced the exact same things in their worlds and made the exact same choices, and it is a question as to whether one of them is actually making the choices and the other is forced to echo, or if they are somehow so in tune with each other that they influence each other's worlds. It is also unclear what will happen if they are ever reunited. Will they regain their colors and live happily ever after? Or will the universe explode?
