I read that the BB password only appears on the BB page and is a random event. I've been refreshing that page for 1 hr now and still nothing. Is the random rate too low??

It really varies a lot. I've heard of people going there and getting it the first time, others who take weeks of regular refreshing before getting it. Most seem to get it after a reasonable number of refreshes.

dunno how low it is or if it's too low. But it took me six months of casual refreshing.
