I need advice if I should file a ticket because Im pretty sure something is going screwy on my bath house ticker.

Why do I think this...I know in the past I have missed days, usually do to family emergencies....however I was up to 90 days...my husband heard me tell him it...because I was proud....and then when I went to collect the next day it was back at 1. (usually I grab it right at the new day because Im up) this was when I first thought it was weird...this was 3ish days ago....of course I thought maybe I screwed up...next day it went to 2, ok I must have screwed up....last night it went back to 1....and I swore to recheck before the new day today (which I did) and it said 3, and then clicked for todays new day and it went to 4.

I know its possible I screwed up....but I swear something might be off....I dont want to needlessly create a ticket to have staff double check it if I genuinely made a mistake...but at the same time...I feel like something is really happening and Im not loosing my mind.

Has anyone else had this problem or noticed it? I would really appreciate some advice. Thank you.

This happened to me once when I had 276 days in. I know I didn’t miss, so I filed a ticket to be sure and they put it back to the right amount of days. It wouldn’t hurt to file and ask. They can check your acct logs
