Do shops restock at a specific time?

I think I used to know this but it's been many years and I have since forgot. : D
Is there a set time interval that the shops restock at? For example, on Flight Rising, shops have a chance to restock every 5 minutes. Is there something like that for the shops here on Subeta? Or do I just have to be lucky with my refreshing?

Nope, sometimes it's 5 minutes, sometimes 15 and sometimes 30 or any other number. Gotta sit there and refresh.
