I'm kind of surprised there is no Marsh Tigrean Elixir. Is this just an oversight?

They were released when there was no Marsh color. The ones like this won't have a Marsh version until the elixirs are revamped. This sometimes happens with Gold as well.

That tells you how old the art is ;)

but the Tigreans art got a complete revamp since then?
