Hi, I read the news post about the plate of Gingerbread Charlie Cookies that you could get in the Cash Shop, which you could then take and fight Melody's Bag of Horror, so I got the plate of cookies. But when I got to the Battle Coliseum I couldn't find Melody's Bag of Horror at first, when I finally did my Plate of cookies had disappeared. So I'm not sure where to look or how to "set up the fight."

When you unlock a challenger, the item will disappear.

did you use the cookies to unlock the challenger, or did it disappear on its own?

if you used it, the unlocked challenger should show up under the "secret" tab in the coliseum.

if the challenger is not unlocked / you didn't use the cookies, do an account search to see if the cookies are still there.

if they're gone without having unlocked the challenger, then something's gone wrong and you should file a ticket.

The Cookies are a Cash Shop item so the Challenger Melody's Bag should NOT be in Secret, but in Cash Shop. It was Reichsen that was the Secret Challenger.

This particular item has three possible uses. It could have been accidentally fed to one of your pets, since it's eatable. It could be in your Wardrobe, since it's wearable, or it could have been used to unlock the challenger. Eating it or unlocking will use up the item.

'Kay Frenchi! Thanks for the advice! I think I unlocked the challenger, but it's not showing up under the secret tab so I guess I will have to file a ticket. I also tried an account search but didn't come up with anything.

As mentioned, it's under the "Cash Shop" tab. That's where it showed up for mine.

I was under the impression that you unlocked it because:

It has to disappear after unlocking to prevent reuse by other users.

I was told the unlocked challenger would be in the secret tab. I did find the Melody item in the Cash Shop tab. I've now looked in my wardrobe and it's not there. Also I've checked all of my pets and it wasn't feed to one of them by mistake. I do think that I unlocked it, but between then and trying to find the Melody thing which I did find under Cash Shop the plate of cookies disappeared.

The challenger should be in the Cash Shop tab because the item came from the Cash Shop. Once you use the item to unlock the challenger, the item disappears. So if you have the challenger, you'll have to buy a second copy of the item if you need it to feed to a pet or whatever

sorry, i've never unlocked a cash shop challenger so i didn't know the cash shop tab even existed! figured all unlocked challengers appeared under "secret."
