Since Lumi is over, do the Morty Cards still continue to give CSC per quest?

Lumi is not over for a few hours yet. They work now, I just used three. Yes they will still work in the future. In the News Announcement not only said that this was intended to be an ongoing thing, but that there were plans for other site activities to give them out also.
