probably too late, but you can get INT from the game Magic Spindles. The cost of INT goes up the smarter your pet is though so if you've been reading to your pet a lot it may already not be worth doing.

You can get INT randomly by collecting income for that pet at the Job Agency.

You can get INT from boosters, there's a whole list of them in the Battle Forum.

You can get INT from a Random Event. There is no way to get that specific RE or that specific stat, so play Subeta lots!

You can get INT from scratchcards. It goes to whatever pet is active when you win that.
