It was great on the 25th - the shop was always full so everyone was able to get things. Today it's been 3 items at a time and the last restock seemed to be only 1 item. It's now worse than trying to restock for Keel Hauliday.

I don't know if it's a glitch which should be reported in Problems and Bugs or if it's intentional.

My guess is that it is intentional. Having loads of stuff in there for the holiday was really nice and probably a gift so everyone could get things.

From what I remember from past years, the shop always restocked a lot for the entire free shop event.

PS: Maybe the Free Shop event is supposed to have ended so the shop shouldn't be restocking at all.

I've also noticed something funny with the restocking, but I've only been paying attention these past few hours. The shop won't restock for a while (5-15 minutes), and then suddenly one box appears. The shop doesn't say it restocked but the box is still there..

I checked the news. It just says the Free Shop is open a little earlier this year but it doesn't say how long the event is supposed to last.

The last restock I saw had only 2 boxes. I refreshed a couple of times to see how many came in and that was it.

It's probably still supposed to be going. My guess is that it may have run out of items again, so we'll have to wait for someone to come online so it can be refilled.

If it's restocked manually surely there shouldn't be anything restocking at all when there's no staff member online. I've been following it for a while now and every so often 1-3 boxes come in.

I really didn't like the earlier opening time this year. During the holidays Im not really able to be on my computer at all as I have to suffer through 10 hours of family time a day, and with England having Boxing day and my family being insane and having 3 days of eating... well i basically missed out. Really would have rather had it on this weekend coming up so people who couldn't be on due to family obligations got a fair chance as well.

Now the free shop is stocking well over 1000 items at once and it's starting to lag. I think we've had this problem in previous years, too. Isn't there a limit on how many items can stock at once?
