Words just cannot describe how happy you guys have made me this holiday season. This season is all about love and good will and keeping those we love close in our hearts. I want to thank all of my friends here and my secret anonymous gifters for thinking of me this holiday season. It's been hard for me living so far away from my family and friends I've grown up with. I feel so blessed to have met so many good friends and extended family here on Subeta that I could share stories with during the good times and the bad. I love each and every one of you. :,) Being far from family/friends is very hard.. at first. I do think it gets easier and in time, you will likely make more friends nearby to make things just a bit easier/less lonely. :) I hope you have a warm holiday season and a wonderful next year with new happy memories to surround your thoughts and long phone calls with your most cherished loved ones. :)

The loneliness that comes with being so far away from your family and friends is understandable. I've been in a similar boat years ago, and I probably would have been completely depressed if not for the people I've befriended through the Internet, both in and out of Subeta. I am so happy to have met you this year! Here's to a warmer (feelings-wise) and more memorable year. :D
Haha, like what you said, this time of year has a lot of things going on IRL for people, and I care about a lot of people here because you don't really come across a bad soul here. I used to really burn myself out trying to get to everyone, but now I've just accepted that it's an overwhelming amount of people that I care about and everyone can get lil fart bombs from me instead ❤️
Do you get Brussels sprouts? I don't think I've ever seen them in a warmer climate.

For the same reason, I've prioritised giving boosters to people, hehe. Then if I have extra time, that's when I give other stuff.
We don't actually have brussels sprouts growing here, but I get to taste them when I'm in temperate countries. I always found it funny that kids hate it so much, but I probably also would've loathed them at the time.

Aww you guys are the best. Yeah things have not been as rough this year since my boyfriend is with me and we have a lot more friends. The first couple of years were rough because any time I would try to make friends, they were very flakey and wouldn't commit to hanging out. It was a very bizarre situation for me. The attitude was completely different where I moved from.
