Where is the hair salon? I know, I'm a doof!

It's in the wardrobe, if you click on the section at the top of the page that says "Hair"

Then you may have to click the "Back to Hair Selection" arrow, but there it will show you all of the default hairstyles you can choose from, along with any styles you've unlocked at the bottom.
