Picked up at the free shop, not really sure where it's from or how much to price it as, as there are none in trades/search.

It's obtained from a January 2016 Collection. Those are 50 mil in shops but next month it will be buyable from the Cash Shop for 250 CSC. So a fair price would be 250 CSC or the cost of 250 CSC in sP, about 25 mil. As a collector I would personally not pay more than that.
